HOW IT WORKS
Enviren Ice Solar Thermal Air conditioners absorb thermal energy by utilising a solar thermal flat plate collector with heat conducting inner coils inside the collector. Refrigerant from the outdoor unit goes through the coil inside the collector absorbing energy from the sun.
The refrigerant heated by the solar thermal collector passes through a cycle inside the system before entering the condenser. This cycle extends the duration the compressor remains off when the selected room temperature is achieved.
